Earnings and Marketing Plan

The structure of trade enables intermediary activities as well as the selling of osmium via purchasing and sales.

Every partner is a distributor and trader from the very start. Each partner can buy and resell goods or only carry out the brokerage and receive commission.

For trading and own purchases each partner receives a discount, which is valid from the beginning and can be extended. Sales partners get paid out their commissions if they substantiate that they impose a tax on it.

In the case of brokerage business, the goods are purchased via www.buy-osmium.com using the referrer code or ordered via telephone or e-mail if the products are to be custom made. Each partner uses their referee's referrer code for their purchases.

The following applies to all partners:

As soon as they are registered, each sales partner receives a 6% discount on own purchases of crystalline osmium for themselves or for the trading business. In order to learn everything there is to know about the sale of Osmium, the Osmium partner should attend an online training and pass the corresponding exam.

Trade and mediation:

Each partner can purchase for their own trade or carry out mediation.

They buys their goods at a reduced price and earn their margin through the trade discount. They ship the goods independently. Within the scope of the trade, the partner issues their own invoice to the end customer according to the prices published online and without discount.

In the case of mediation, the head office in Munich or a State Institute Partner will send and invoice directly to the end customer. Every partner is able to see their settlements in the trading system at all times and receives commissions in cash in the following month's settlement.

Level model for the commission distribution and the trade discount:

Each partner earns a share from four levels below them. Commissions are paid out in the following month of the turnover and will be transferred to the partner or distributed as osmium on request.

Should the partner not own a company nor have a trade licence, commissions are saved until they are able to tax their income. If after a year the partner still does not own a company nor a trade licence and therefore a payment of commissions is not possible, the value will be remitted in Osmium-diamonds and Osmium-stars.

The following distributions are made:

The 1st level is each partner's own level. You receive a 6% discount on your own sales for your own purchases as investments and for the purchase of reselling goods, which is paid out as commission if you don't own a company. Collecting Osis can increase this percentage by a further 5% to a final 11%.

In order to receive this additional five percent discount for own purchases for the purpose of trading or as an investment, the partner can collect Osis in the internal point system. Purchasing discounts depend on the number of Osis collected in the previous month.

Level 2: The partner receives 3.0 percent of the turnover as comission for sales that occur in the 2nd level below him, carried out by the sales or trading partners they recruited .

Level 3: The partner receives 2.0 percent of the turnover as commission for sales that occur in the 3rd level below him, carried out by trading partners aquired by the 2nd level .

Level 4: The partner receives 1.0 percent of the turnover as commission for sales that occur in the 4th level below him, carried out by trading partners aquired by the third level.

The Osi model

For 100 Osis, the full discount is given in one month. The discount is broken down to ten levels. Per ten Osis, 0.5% additional discount is given. Therefore 100 Osis/month equal five percent discount. Additional Osis are transferred to the following month and therefore do not get lost. There is no expiration date for collected Osis.

At the turn of the month the corresponding percentage for the amount of collected Osis (when less than 100 Osis were collected) is calculated and therefore the current amount gets deleted. When having collected more than 100 Osis, 100 Osis get deleted and the rest is transferred to the following month.

Should the Osis amount not exactly refer to a  0.5% level, the amount will be rounded down and the additional Osis will be transferred to the following month.

For the following achievements, a partner will receive Osis:

> 1 Osi for € 1 turnover via private purchase or subscription
> 1 Osi for € 10 turnover via team or subscription sales in the level directly below the the sales partner
> 1 Osi for € 100 via team sales in the 2nd till 4th level below the sales partner
> 10 Osis for each new participant at events
> 20 Osis for recruiting new distributors or sales partners
> 100 Osis for passing the exam for becoming an Osmium partne
> 1,000 Osis for distributors or sales partners who take the course to become an Osmium-trainer     

In case of special circumstances or as a bonus, the Osmium-institute can issue additional Osis.
These include:

-          Illness (five Osis per day)

-          Birthday (50 Osis)

-          Birth of a child (100 Osis)

Additional Osis can be issued individually as well as on a fixed monthly basis.

> For superior qualifications as a jeweller, 100 Osis per month are additionally issued
> For running a retail shop, 100 Osis per month are additionally issued
> For hiring a full time employee, 100 Osis per month are additionally issued

The issue of additional Osis is fully based on the Osmium-institute’s decision and cannot be demanded by referencing to similar cases. The allocation of additional Osis is carried out solely by the Osmium Institutes. It cannot be claimed. Each partner is able to increase the discount for Osmium-products through their own sales. Hence as a distributor he gains a higher margin. This makes sense in particular should a higher sale be planned in the following month, but not enough collected Osis are earned yet to get the full margin.

Generally, it does not matter whether the trading partner resells the purchased Osmium or keeps it as an investor for themselves. The maximum discount which can be accomplished is 11% on each purchase of Osmium. Collected Osis do not get lost, however 100 Osis or, at lower sales, all available Osis, get debited each month, as it would be the case if the Osis were used for the scale of discount.

Furthermore the Osis can be used to pay for special incentives, such as journeys, trainings or other activities (when they are marked in the shop as payable with Osis). The mixture of payment for an activity in money and Osis is not possible, it can only be either/or. 

Further information

For outstanding commitment or the recruitment of a particularly high number of employees the Osmium-Institute is willing to give away special incentives, such as journeys, invitations to events, support for the partner’s own events, company cars or other goods and offers. Distributors and trading partners who are able to collect more than 2,000 Osis in one year become “managers”.

Osmium-trainers are entitled to host their own events and to train people themselves. Therefore, they are paid according to the guidelines for training activities.
