As a private person, goldsmith or processing company, you have the possibility to have osmium pieces grown and shaped in 2D, i.e. in a flat structure (between 0.2 and 1.5 mm layer thickness).
Almost any shape is possible, provided it is not too filigree. 2D objects are generally cut from flat bars or discs.
If you want to order a shape, please enter your wishes on the following page. The company OS-lery GmbH will contact you and discuss the order. OS-lery GmbH is currently the only company certified to produce inlays for jewellery. You will receive an offer within a few days if you are certain about the shape of your inlay.
We are happy to receive any unusual order that will make the world of osmium jewellery even more colourful.
Please note that especially for custom-made products full prepayment is necessary. In your order confirmation you will also receive information about offcut (cutting) and feasibility as well as the price of the object or objects. Of course, the processing costs in the wire-cut EDM process when cutting the osmium are significantly reduced if the number of pieces is higher or the delivery time allows more flexibility.
In order to have pieces of jewellery made, it is usually necessary for a goldsmith or a processing company to do the setting work. Please name the processing company so that they can receive the osmium processing guidelines from us.
If you do not have contacts to a goldsmith or jeweller, we will be happy to put you in touch with already certified companies who will do the work properly and quickly for a reasonable price.
We recommend in any case to talk to Oslery GmbH, who will carry out such productions on your behalf, provide contacts or procure the goods and inlays and send them to the processing company.
